Ground meat is finely chopped; boneless; and skinless with varying amounts of fat indicated by the name regular (no more than 30% fat); medium (no more than 23% fat); lean (no more than 17% fat); or extra lean (no more than 10% fat). Use your favourite ground meat to make burgers and meatballs; or add to chili and pasta sauce.
